Policies and Procedures
FIRST TIME CLIENTS: We would prefer that you book the First Time Haircut, which includes a consultation, cut and blowdry. This way we can make sure that you and the stylist are on the same page with your cut. After the first time in, all of our services are a la carte.
SCHEDULING: Please call within twenty-four (24) hours if there is a reason for cancellation. After consecutive cancellations, we will ask for a credit card to reserve all future appointments. A portion of the fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations and appointments missed without a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service, as we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late.
Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have, so that we can better accommodate you.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Checks and Cash. We do not give cash back on credit cards.
GRATUITIES: Gratuity is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card but we do except them in cash or check form.
